I tried really hard but never got there.
I was extremely unhappy in marriage but too chicken shit to do anything about it. I dunno if I thought I could have a relationship with the woman or just a diversion. She was a lot of things my wife wasn't. Turned out she had just had an affair and her husband was watching over her closely. Pretty much a disaster.
It took another year but I got divorced.
