interesting. lots of people i have known who were victims of domestic violence and rape would have put a bullet in their own heads if they could have access to a gun while this was happening or afterwards, some of them tried to get hold of one but it wasn't easy. because they did not have that, and eventually they got help, lots of them are alive today with their own families and lives.
