You and a huge number of your fellow Tea Partier's (that's what you are if you didn't know it) don't understand how the government works.
Since 1803, in Marbury vs. Madison, the Supreme Court
is the arbiter of what is and isn't constitutional. Case closed. End of story. Deal with it.
So, yes, the consitution makes no mention of Income Tax nor Social Security. But through case law or denial of cases, the Supreme Court has decided that both of 'em are constitutional.
So shut the fuck up.
