sounds like such a good plan. I've been trying to eat well (I've been trying to eat fullstop) but it can be hard to make sure I'm eating healthy at work and the right times. Now I want a banana or kiwi.. and some warm water. Have you tried iron/vit b tablets? maybe yr just lacking in something?
