Be thankful you're alive.
I think someone just died in a motorcycle accident near my apartment.
About an hour ago I heard a motorcycle roaring down the street, then screeching of tires, and a huge WHAM! I heard someone faraway go, "Oh no!" Went down the block and somebody who witnessed it said the motorcyclist went over the center line, hit an oncoming car, and flipped out of his seat and landed on the side of the road.
About 10 minutes later, sirens, and finally the paramedics arrive. An hour later they leave without their sirens on.
