I agree with this absolutely and advise Senator Paul to assume be a position of no compromise;

2) provide the President the authority to transfer funds as necessary

Ditto;

3) terminate United States military operations and reconstruction activities in Afghanistan.

Agree entirely but advise the Senator to show some compromise on this point, but not to cave in cheaply.
