the lineup so far is great.

grey wolves and con-dom? amazing.

love the combination between p.e., drone, improv/electronic and rock. i bet the final announcement will have many harsh noise people (although i can bet it's going to get rounded out by prurient, a greh project, a wolf eyes related project and a double leopards side project)...

...wait a minute, no japanese artists announced so far? weird.

I remember Carlos Giffoni having a message on his myspace saying "please don't ask me about playing No Fun!"

I'm not going to, I don't care about playing it. I'm just curious. He gets some interesting bands usually. Not always but usually.

it's bands he knows plus bands of old and/or that usually don't play in the u.s. plus maybe some suggestions from close noise friends.

on the incapacitants/pain jerk cd liner notes, he said he asked pain jerk after playing seeing him in japan.
