Straight from lou's website, he said him jason and eric will be touring in 2007.
Also of great news is Lou has contributed 2 songs to the new upcoming Dino Jr record that will hopefully be released in spirng 2007 after the sebadoh reunion tour. http://www.loobiecore.com/loobienews.html
