paying attention to this makes less sense then paying attention to all the noise going on in the GOP primaries..
We all know that Gaddafi was both insane, and yet he was very much correct that clearly the CIA had a hand in this uprising, as they often do, after all, what doesn't the CIA get involved with?

He's stirring things up. See also this excellent interview where, near the end, the writer quite diplomatically states that "Smith is growing increasingly truculent and irascible. We’re both a bit drunk by now, and he says a few ugly things which are maybe intended as a bit of idle provocation"
