Currently getting this off of Derek and listening for the first time in a long time and I'm reminded why it's such a great album. The odd, gruff vocals; the UGLY ass slithering bass lines; the odd mathy structures. This is a direction I wish more "noise rock" had taken, kinda in the Bride of No No vein, of actually introduced some complexity with your noise -- but still making it rock. Just an amazing album, no complaints at all.

Wow, this is really cool. The scratchy, broken amp guitar, the almost neanderthal attempt at do re mi vocals. Scintillated drums...this has the sound of a cemented cow pasture. I love it. Thanks a ton.

You forgot to mention Jim O'Rourke's in this band... which will make this whole board go and download it!

Excellent album.

Oh and I've been downloading tonnes of Albert Ayler stuff from the guy who runs the No Not Fun blog on soulseek but he's never on much. Sigh.

Indeed, haha. That, KK Null and guaranteed production value from Steve Albini are more than enough reasons for me to check 'em... Never heard of this project, actually. Thanks.
