I'm very sorry that I ever said a wrong word against this band - even their last album/ It was the first one i bought and i don't think a great introduction but still, i'm disapointed in myself and this really is a great band in everything that they've done. I've since spent a small fortune (to me) aquiring a copy of loveyville which i first fell in love with and they've been getting better ever since. There should be a lot more bands out there like this.

They're the best "rock" band ever, easily.

i personally like the Fellers a lot more than Caroliner, but then again maybe i needed to see Caroliner play live.
i wish i'd been shooting shows back ~15 years ago, that's for sure.

caroliner are awesome. they're the most backwards, bizarre, out-there band.. hmm.. ever. Weirder than.. oh... the Residents and 50 other bands of that top times 100. But still musical if you really listen.

Haha damn.
You're welcome! They're one of those bands where I don't even want to rank their albums because they're all so good; obviously, mother of all saints and admonishing the bishops are masterpieces but really you can't go wrong with ANY of them. There's a 3 disc rarities set on soulseek that is pretty cool, I've never been able to get it all but I plan to one day. |
