Their general pattern seems to be, SY album, side projects, SY Album, side projects. So Im guessing there won't be an album til next year, or at the earliest, the end of this year..

I think Thurston will be too busy supporting his new solo album for Sonic Youth to even begin to record anything, but you never know.

Now they've deleated that one on wikipedia.
But I mean, I will keep on hoping for a new album in late 2011/2012..maybe some touring in 2011/12, who knows? |
