So I live in sioux city, ia and its asstonishing that a band of any relevance would come even close to this town, so when I found out that Sonic Youth was coming to Council Bluffs (a mere 50 minute drive) I was fuckin shocked. However, I was instantly saddened by the fact that it was at a casino, which being a 19 year old I can not attend. So basically im posting here to see if anyone knows people i can contact to try and get me on the guest list or if theres anyway i can get in at all. please let me know any help apreciated. thanks

Just because its at a Casino doesnt mean you can't get in. You just wont be able to gamble (unless its one of the Indian ones that lets you be 18). Ive seen shows at 21+ casinos and I am underage too. Just contact the place its at and talk to them about it.

Yea, it seems all shows at the Stir Cove are 21 and over. I'm not sure if it will be different for this show or not, I'd hope so. It's not even listed on their site yet. So who knows.
