Supposedly the plot of the new Indiana Jones movie deals with Area 51 and the theory that aliens are the origin of religion because they came along time ago and gave us technology.
What if the aliens happen to be Yoda's species? Oh noes! |

I'd sort of agree with DR666 here - the move to Yoda/Cloud City in the middle of the film really drags out the exposition somewhat. If only Lucio Fulci had directed these sequences - at least someone would have barfed their intestines up.

...and for anyone who still thinks that the Ewoks are ironically cool, watch this and be forever sorry:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=su6kl...elated&search= EDIT: In the early 80's, my dad's wife worked for the company (Warners?) who dealt with Star Wars-related stuff in the UK then. As well as the 2 Ewoks movies (yeech), which she told me about in 1983, there was also meant to be a film about the bounty hunters (Bobba Fett etc). I guess George Lucas was so balls-deep in Ewoks, he forgot about the potential Fett-fest.

I watched some of ROTJ today. It's still as good as I remember.
I will never get over how coolly Luke just flips back up off the end of the diving board and kills the guy who was pushing him into the sarlaac pit. Kick ass. |

^They're supposed to be eating some concoction of herbs, mushrooms and stuff from Yoda's whereabouts. Seems like Yoda was a vegetarian.
