If you love Tetsuo then a) You should check out Shinya Tsukamotos other films. Not sure which are available in the US but Bullet Ballet, Tokyo Fist, Gemini and A Snake of June are all great.

b)You would probably get a fair amount of mileage out of Pinnochio 964 and Rubbers Lover as suggested by Adam. Also, I imagine the same goes for Electric Dragon 80,000v. I haven't seen it but it's on my 'to watch' list for sure.

the csore is the original japanese version of res dogs, lady snowblood is what tarantino stole scene for scene for kill bill and aragami is a good 1 set philosophical film
