I've got spacky eyes and a recent ear condition. One irresolvable but not a problem, the other is going to require appointments with an ear specialist.

I've had other problems - bowel-related - which were solved by a better diet in the last 2 years. Unfortunately, it's occured to me in the last few months that I need to sort out my cardio-vascular things, which is entirely down to smoking. It's really not a problem, I just can't run around for an hour without nearly dying anymore, and I'd like to be a little fitter when I'm in my 30s.

Doctors have not figured out a reason beyond genetics. I'm at or near my ideal weight, exercise regularly, don't smoke, eat the right foods, drink only moderately.

I did, though, start exercising more strenuously after the diagnosis. Hoping eventually to get off the meds.

Other than that, I'm healthy.
