ok so i got 90 $ and i wanna buy a pedal but dont know which one. so my chioces:

big muff

mxr blue box

boss ce-3 chorus

and guess who i wanna sound like!

sonic youth,nirvana,mudhoney and melvins.
but i want the pedal to be versatile enough so i could make my own tone. i already have a ds1 and a crybaby. so which one should i get? any other suggestions are welcome too.

help pls

i'm no expert, but mxr blue box seems like a good one..

i have an 80s fuzz-overdrive, autowah and digital delay, with a combo amp.. and a violin bow.. enough to disturn the neighbors..
i believe you shape the equipment, not the other way around..
so, have fun with your choice..

bluebox. turn the dials all the way up and just stand there. you will be on mtv2 in no time.

ok, so ill think about it. ill go to a store and try all of them out. i wont buy the hendrix one. so its only between those 3

I can't tell you about the other two, but I'm definitely in love with BOSS pedals, since day 1. They have an organic, analog feel to them, which far from being overly 'warm', have a lot of body and bite to them.

I swear by thier flangers, have used the chorus sparingly, but still was left with a good impression.

i dont know, im not sure about the big muff cause i already have a ds1 pedal but its not really versetaile enough. i have to try it out and see if its cool or not

that is the other input on the boss for?

So you can play in stereo.

I'd say it is between the big muff and the blue box, whatever you like better.
