You know what I hope? I hope they did and continue to do whatever the HELL they and only they wanna do, expectatives be damned. Not that I'll blindly eat anything and everything they release (I think), but following your own drive, that's the main key to this shit. And, of course, I don't really need to hope for it, since it's almost always been their M.O. anyway. Whether it's a 50-minute atonal synth effect of a full song-by-song version of Dusty in Memphis, bring it on!
