How do I get a USB gamepad to work?

It says that the gamepad has "malfunctioned" but I will not give up that easily..
How do I install drivers? It says "No drivers installed for this device." or something.
It's a Gamemon pad, model number FT2E92 if that helps any of you tech kids who actually know how to do this crap. >.>
