reccomend me a cheap digital video camera

Something cheap and decent. Just need to point and shoot, don't really care about the quality. I've been using a webcam for a while now, but I can't really take that outside and film stuff with it easily...

Under or around $100. Haha. I'm a cheapskate.

And no Barbie camera reccomendations please.
