What did you think of
SONIC YOUTH on Letterman & Kimmel??? I liked the Letterman version better. The set up on Kimmel seemed cool though. Who is that other guy playing guitar??? The 5th member. It aint Jim O'Rourke I know...

Mark Ibold of Pavement, on bass.
The Letterman performance was better, I think. I really liked that one. |

What song did they play, i hope it wasn't incinerate again, it pissed me off how the letterman perf was an edit, that or S-Y actually played sans a verse, which would seem really off of S-Y to do.

I talked to him after the LA show. I couldn't think of anything to ask him so I asked him if Pavement was getting back together. He said that they had no plans for it and that "Those internet rumors" aren't true. He then left down the street with a backpack on his back. Two other people were with him. I immediately regretted asking him that because I thought it seemed kind of like a personal question to him. |

I like them, but they're kinda boring. Kinda like Toad the Wet Sprocket.
