I have to read these books. I read the first two and started the second yesterday.
Your thoughts?

I never read Silas Marner...I did, however, have to read A Seperate Piece and sit through the "movie" (I put quotation marks around it becuz it was so dull and not well acted that it barely counts as a movie), and had to watch the movie version of The Good Earth in high school.

Silas Marner makes me want to jab my eyeballs in with an ice pick and a Seperate Peace was an easy read with a decent story....I haven't read The Good Earth.

I didn't really like Silas Marner, but the other two were good. A Seperate Peace was top though, just because in the tenth grade I really loved those New England boarding school stories about a boy who's not the same as everyone else...
