my pm box is always full. it's mostly because of the shamefully small limit, but I find myself unable to delete from my inbox.

I'm sorry to say it. It's not the healthiest choice. But... drink. Not so much I'm sloppy drunk. But I'm addicted to the light buzz during depressed times.

That and music. Turn off all the lights and go to bed with the stereo playing your favorite stuff.
