Either Soulseek, blogs, or Waffles.
Mostly Soulseek, though. |

iTunes. That's only because I only ever download single songs and I have a few vouchers because I've got an iPod. Otherwise I'll try to track down physical albums.

Soulseek, which I've used for easily 6 years now. There's nothing better.

I purchased the Rapidshare premium account and I don't need anything more. There's everything on RS.

i use people... blogs... not soulseek, limewire, kaaza or any of that shite. i prefer to get my stuff from humans and not open up my pc to some telekinetic geek delivering spam or trojan worm viruses... i havent had any real trouble finding what i want from good decent people.
as for torrents.. im not opening that can of worms again. |

I can safely say it's damn near impossible to get viruses on soulseek. And there's no spyware or anything like that to speak off -- it ain't kazaa! It's probably a bit more possible to get bad shit on torrents, but yeah. In my 15 years using computers, I've never once had a virus problem, and I've never even used antivirus software.
Soulseek is great, tons of obscure shit, a great community...... though really if you want any new album that is even slightly popular, all you have to do is go to google and type in the album name followed by "download" or "rar" and it should come up. For example, go to google and type in "scissor shock synonym for the word decay rar" in about 2 weeks and a link should pop up. Works great, I've done this 1000 times. Blogs are cool for uncovering obscure shit that you'd never hear of. But yeah soulseek's the best way to go. |
