I was on allofmp3.com this morning out of boredom and decided to look at the top album sales posted for Germany, France, US, and UK. Rather ripped showed up at #25 for France, #64 for UK, and didn't show up at all for US or Germany. I thought it was interesting that it #25 in France and didn't show up at all in the US. It's not by the way, available for download yet which is a good thing.

I always knew I was special in some way. I work with a couple of (young) people who absolutely HATE SY. I didn't realise they stirred up such emotion! It's not like you're forced to listen to them in Tesco.

I know my friends hate SY! I suppose its better have people love or hate you then just be indifferent. The must be doing something right to get the extreme reactions. I'm really proud though that Daydream Nation hit No1 in the UK (or so I beileve)

the majority of the US is only concerned with pop culture bands (like Simple Plan and Fall Out Boy. ugghhh) so it doesn't come as much of a surprise
