this is a long shot, but you never know...
My brother (drums) and I (guitar) would like to add a 3rd dimension to our sound, so to speak. We usually play loud rock based music. Major influences are Black Flag, Nirvana and The Youth of course.

Anyone wanna play? Keys, guitar, bass, drums, cello,... Feel welcome.

Interestingly, I spent my first 12 years playing almost exclusively in two-pieces, just my guitar and a drummer, sometimes sprinkling in either another guitar player or just overdubbing some leadwork, but in the past two years I've been jamming with this new band, with a SICK ASS grooving motherfucker on the bass, and honestly, I am completely smitten. Sometimes I just sit there and enjoy his groove and think to myself, "Fucking shit I NEVER even remotely thought of adding this."
That being said, don't let a lack of a bass player slow y'all down, take every musical opportunity you can get, record everything while you can, band chemistry sooooooo fleeting. You're almost more likely to win a national championship in sports as an athlete than have a string of successful bands, so the moral of that story is to play, play, play every chance you get.
