I attended SAIC for just a year 97-98, and a few times I went and played this outdoor Bertoia installation. I could get it swaying pretty vigorously, it would get very loud and full of overtones. Have to be careful not to fall into the water. I may have freaked out the office workers a bit.

this is so cool. thanks very much for sharing. i have seen Lee posting pic. from this session on the insta., amazing. love the sounds of metal rods. real ambient. if someone could find a proper soundcloud link i would appreciate it. thanks!
