Yeah, its a great album. "They Tell Me" is my favorite tuneage. And S.S. Beat Control on drums? You better believe it.

It is a great album indeed.
If you like it wait till you hear Myra Lee, Moon Pix and The Greatest. All very different albums, but all equally wonderful, IMO. (they're my 3 favorite) PS... does anyone know if Community featured the original lineup of "Cat Power" ... Chan Marshall, Steve Shelley and Tim Foljahn? Or was it just Chan, Steve and a bunch of session players, minus Tim? |

"The Coat is Always On" reminds me of Sonic Youth's "Karen Koltrane". Maybe she should consider remaking A Thousand Leaves.
