i saw them live at the beginning of the year, really great show, hauntingly beautiful, they even did a sheena easton cover and pulled it off sounding like one of their originals; as a result, i burnt that record to death, listening to it endlessly, yet i'm still not bored or annoyed of it. i have been singing those songs ever since.
in fact, i might listen to it again tonight or tomorrow. |

Hi Folks,
just a quick mailout to let you know about a couple of things happening over the next month. We have a few live shows in North America and one in Ireland to finish up our roadhog duties. 21/08/07 Sonar, Baltimore 22/08/07 TLA, Philidelphia, PA, 24/08/07 Seaport Music Festival, Pier 17, New York, Le National, Montreal, Que MD, The Phoenix, Toronto, Ont with support from The Last Town Chorus (except Philidelphia), 01/09/07 Electric Picnic, Ireland. Dermot O'Leary has just released a double CD of his favourite tracks from his Radio2 Saturday show. He has included our session version of Super Trooper, and has been citing it in interviews as the inspiration for the compilation, which is nice. We have a new selection of t-shirts in the online shop, and there are some new products on their way as i type, which should be on sale before the end of the month. cheers |
