I've been You-Tubing it for the past half hour, and have been re-acquainting meself with Mr Panther Burns himself, Tav Falco. Anyone else here liking this feller and his work?

Hard to imagine somebody so cool that Alex Chilton plays with him as a semi-anonymous sideman, but Tav Falco is that powerfully charismatic of a lead.

Look up the word 'reverb' in any dictionary and you'll find a photo of The Tav.
The last great living American in my book. Especially now that Bryan Gregory and Jerry Nolan are no more. During quiet moments in my life I like to imagine a kind of Trash Rock 'Cream', with Falco and Gregory up front, and Nolan keeping time at the back. Surely the greatest bass-less power trio imaginable. |

Well there are still Lux and Ivy of the Cramps in that same arguable vein. |
