Mesh Gear Fox - The Future is So Bright It's Making Me Blind Artist: Mesh Gear Fox Album: The Future is So Bright It's Making Me Blind Genre: Electronica Year: 2008 Track listing: 1. Setting Sunrise (4:07) 2. On Step (6:52) 3. Flashlight (2:56) 4. Chemtrail (5:43) 5. Moon Phase (1:51) 6. Aerial Objects/Need a Head (6:43) 7. Birdcage (4:31) 8. Cyanide, Valium, Flavour Aid (2:10) 9. Razor Blade Metronome (6:14) 10. Atmosphere (5:04) 11. Chemical Depression (5:06) 12. Death in the Orchestra Pit (2:24) 13. Synthetic Sand (1:45) 14. Snare Rush Assessment (4:37) 15. A Message From Your Television (6:00) 16. 72 Voices (12:20) Took me about 3 months to do. It's more or less a concept album, as I tried to link the songs by a certain theme. For this reason I reccomend you listen to the album as a whole rather as individual songs, It's rather dark though it starts off bright. Fans of µ-ziq, Board of Canada, Aphex Twin or the like hopefully can find something on there they enjoy. I mixed it using speakers as opposed to headphones, so I'm not too sure how it'll sound through phones. Anyway, download it, share it, do whatever you want as long as you don't claim it's yours Feedback would be greatly appreciated, let me know if there's something that needs changing and I'll change it for the next mix. Thanks very much! Marty |

Sweet! Thanks for doing that, Ben. I probably should have included Starker Klang in the album info, I'll do that in the next upload.

Thanks, keggy. I also forgot to credit the person who took the cover photo, and I'm pretty sure it was spectraljulianisnotdead.

Nice work. It's not woefully derivative, so that's a good thing. Not my favourite sort of music ever, so it won't get many spins, but it's alright.
