Sleep/Rest
Toilet Hygiene

Occupational therapists look at these 11 categories of Activities of Daily Living, that are fundamental for self-care and focus on these if the patient is lacking skill in any of these. So which one do you suck at?

Thats been me since friday night. Haven't left the house, just slobbed about catching up on all the movies i've copied from the library/downloaded, eating pringles, apples and biscuits, drinking pepsi and doing little else.

Tomorrow's a bank holiday and college is closed, so after i go into town to pick up the peeping tom album it's straigh back home for more of the same
