Yo yo
I've been investigating the sounds of the mighty Long Fin Killie lately and the more i listen to their stuff, the more i find it singular and rewarding. The three LPs are great: is there any love for the LFK on this here SYG? and for the rocket scientists: do you recommend the numerous sexy EPs they put out? Anything on there really worth checking out? GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GO! |

I REALLY REALLY recomend Luke Sutherland's project after Long Fin Killie, Bows. Blush is one of my favourite albums of all time, it's incredible. Buy it!

I used to listen to Houdini quite a lot some 64 years ago.

Whats a good record by them? I only know 'Amelia' and 'Houdini' and they bored me.

Houdini used to be regarded as their finest work, as far as I'm concerned.

Ganger are excellent and very LFK related in terms of sound yes. Itr's way more straightforward though, LFK was more interesting in terms of songwriting/execution of the songs.
but i see the link there yes. |

listening to some BOWS, i realize Sutherland's voice and way of singing and phrasing is very close to that of mighty David Sylvian. Weird.
