Help! Best thing for a Hangover.

somebody help me, i've just started work and i have a raspin hangover. i swear to god - ITS BAD, i know the bong i did before work didnt help so has anyone any ideas?

what do you do when your hungover?

Where do you work on a Saturday?

I am hangoverless because I don't drink.

But when I used to drink, in my opinion the only thing that cured a hangover was time. Although I would always have cravings for chocolate & milk - not sure they helped though.

chocolate milkshakes, period pain pills, sports drinks, lots of very cold water, sunlight, fresh air, this forum, listening to chris corsano drum.

I find physical activity helps. I've never been a fan of running, but plenty of water and some manual labour (gardening) does me good.

Ditto on the water

Hangovers are caused by dehydration. If you drink a sip of water for every shot or like a cup for every beer, you'll have to go pee a lot but you'll be fine the next day.
