but usually when someone says "alleged victim" it seems to carry a connotation that they're lying and haven't been the victim of anything.

since polanksy pleaded guilty i'm sure there was enough evidence to show that she was most certainly a victim, lot's of murders never get solved but people never call the stiff an alleged victim

I don't understand why everyone can't just get together and and say "Yeah, ok, we all want to have sex with girls as soon as they're sexually developed regardless of their age too" and instead of arrest him just give him a high five.
