Jason Schwartzmen as Max Fisher in Rushmore.
Woodie Allen as Harry in Deconstructing Harry. - I sort of identify with the intelligent fuck-up who redeems himself through art existentialist motif. Woodie Allen as Alby Singer in Annie Hall. - The whole neurotic incredibly overly self analytical and daydreamy personality. Audrey Tautou as Amelie in Amelie. -I'm sort of a romantic who holds onto my childhood a little. Ron Livingston as Peter Gibbons in Office Space. -I'm sort of nihilistic when it comes to the corporate world and stuff. |

The Tramp - from Charlie Chaplin films Jeffrey Beaumont - Blue Velvet Frank Booth - Blue Velvet (& along with that Dr Jekyll & Mr. Hyde perhaps hehe) Dr. Dave Bowman - 2001: A Space Odyssey Jeffrey "the Dude" Lebowski - The Big Lebowski (great mention, HaydenAsche) Luke Skywalker - Star Wars IV-VI (I identify with many of the other characters too though) Wyatt (Captain America) - Easy Rider Randle Patrick McMurphy - One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest Bruce Wayne/Batman - Batman Atticus Finch - To Kill a Mockingbird (someone actually once wrote at the old board that I reminded them of the character) |

Kind of a cross between Max Cohen (played by Sean Gullette) in Pi and Kati (played by Anna Maria Mühe) in Big Girls Don't Cry (Große Mädchen Weinen Nicht, if you prefer).
I'd quite like to see myself as Angelo, Olivier Martinez's character in The Horseman on the Roof (Le Hussard Sur Le Toit, if you prefer). But that's a bit far fetched.

okay (just for The Clone)
Hal 9000 - 2001: A Space Odyssey (another paranoid machine) haha I have to laugh at that Dr. Peter Venkman (Bill Murray) from Ghostbusters brilliant, jon boy! when I was younger friends who marvelled at my prowess called me Don Juan (& not from those Casteneda books!) so I guess I should include Don Juan DeMarco a far cry from "Marvin" |

Marvin the Paranoid Android!
"Brain the size of a planet," underappreciated by all around him. Seriously, I thought you would enjoy this comparison. |

now I do, thanks
after all, I am prone to paranoia & depression. So much for my planet-sized brain though. I would have definitely related to Artoo Detoo. I love R2D2. First I get schooled on jazz today & now this. Yesterday, someone beat me to the punch with the Lee doing Hoarfrost on Spanish TV thing too. I'm feeling like Vizzini from The Princess Bride. Inconceivable! |

Either Joel from Eternal Sunshine, or Mark from Empire Records, it all just depends on my mood...
