I am thankful for a roof over my head, having a family that is dysfunctional but still fairly normal, the undying love from my amazing boyfriend, my job, TigerTroubleBuster, and so many other things.

Happy "Pilgrims slaughter the Native Americans" day!
I'm thankful for life, as cliche as that sounds. Sure we all have shit to complain about, but on the other hand we all have a lot of great stuff to be thankful for. I'm thankful for my girlfriend (Moving in with me next week) and Pavement reuniting next year. Everybody have a great day! Eat all you want. Thanksgiving is the only day of the year you can eat and eat and eat without anybody calling you a fatass. ~Jeremy~

I have many, many things I'm thankful for starting with my son, and rolling through a lot of incredible friends, and art and overall health and good experiences. Still hard to focus on thankful things this particular year of death and loss, but I'll eat and drink and be as fucking merry as I can. I'm looking more forward to NYE though.

My thanksgiving was pretty tight. Anual viewing of big lebowski, jammed on some p-funk with my uncles, drank some pabst blue ribbon... no football... pretty nice.

Thankskilling
Please ignore the abysmal example set by President Obama who, in the name of Thanksgiving, supports torture as 45 million birds are horrifically abused; dragged through electrified stun baths, and then have their throats slit. And President Obama laughs. Haha, so funny! As Ingrid Newkirk from PETA points out, turkey 'meat' is one of "our nation's top killers", causing heart-attacks and strokes in humans due to saturated animal fats and cholesterol. And President Obama laughs. Further, the meat industry is responsible for 51% of human-caused greenhouse-gas emission, therefore the embarrassingly stupid White House 'turkey pardon' is open support for a viciously cruel and environmentally irresponsible industry. And President Obama laughs. -MORRISSEY 26 November 2013 |
