Seems like a good reason to go occupy a park somewhere, hippy. No deodorant required.

I also can't prebuy a ticket for the Berlin gig tomorrow without such a stupid plastic card. But I'm sure the Volksbühne will sell me one at the door.

The concert must serve a security function as well as an economic function. By forcing you to use a credit card, your behavior is registered wth the State. Thurston's show is also serving a social class function, by ensuring that only people who are eligible for credit cards (or choose to get one) are able to attend.

And the ticket at the door of Volksbühne was 2€ cheaper than the one at the eventim plugin of their website.
Blow-dried Thurston Moore in suit jacket looks like Günther Jauch. And I did not like the drummer. He can't rock. But the support act was great. Anybody know about Tall Firs? Should I buy their records? EDIT: Come on. That wasn't Tall Firs. Who was it? EDITT: Carla Bozulich
