"Admire" is a strange word to use. I admire the determination of Olympic athletes. It also throws off the scare quotes around "ugly" in that connotation of being challenged.

Patti is pretty in that "I don't care" sorta way, but other than that nothing extra-spectatcular to look at. Easter is one of my fav album covers....but any ok-looking girl can go without shaving their pits and I'll think it's at least somewhat sexy...
