so, i was looking at Mike Watt's www.hootpage.com (he has some awesome basses) and his little blurb about Dos piqued my interest. i found a few mp3s and i enjoy them. any fans?

Not really a fan, but I've heard a track on a comp. from Kill Rock Stars.
Lyrics are something a long the lines of 'flesh...under flesh'. Its alright. Nice concept, two bass players, and thats it. |

I'm a Dos fan! I have everything from them I think. Being a bassplayer makes me appreciate them lots. I'd love to see them. Their cover of PCH is brilliant. I posted it here a while back.

recently I have found a picture of Mike Watt playing with Steve Albini with a Travis Bean Bass but I think it's Bob Weston's bass ....

Mike Watt thanks Bob Weston for the 'lifesaver bass' in the liner notes to the fIREHOSE Live Totem Pole EP. Looks like he saved his life again.

i have the one album w/ PCH and don't explain. there's supposed to be a new one coming out soon, they were recording it at watt's house.
