me and my buddy call him "BDP" for "big daddy phallus". i don't know how it got started, though. i'm pretty sure we were drunk and watching 'corporate ghost'.

In an interview in Grim Humour circa 1989 Gibby Haines claimed that Thurston's nickname at home was 'slug' and claimed it was a typically southern nickname.

Why do I remember this sixteen years later???

my brother's nickname in middle school was Lurch. he was the only 6'1" sixth grader.
