Fuck me.
I fell in love with him in the mid 90s when Tilt was released. I couldn't fuckin' wait until the next step. The Drift and Bisch Bosch own me. I still haven't gotten around to listening to Scott 1-4. This dude abides.

Scott Walker was genius. His first four solo albums Scott 1-4 and last four albums (Tilt, The Drift, Bish Bosch, Soused with Sunn O) are all masterpieces. I had noticed Scott Walker for years but got into his music when I bought "The Drift" in summer 2006 same time when I bought Sonic Youth's "Rather Ripped".
I'm feeling old, almost all my heroes have died. There's only few of them alive. |

I’m still blown away at how many are unfamiliar with his music. Myself, I’m only familiar with a small portion of his output and I’ve yet to be disappointed.

I thought he had already died in a Lambo accident while filming Fast & Furious
