Go to Bristol to catch the busiest day of Venn festival. Hoping to see The One Ensemble, Aufgehoben, Motor Ghost and other neat stuff. Hopefully do a bit of record shopping, eat a Pieminister pie and maybe bump into Mr Glice.
Sunday, there is a street market down the road from me organised by the owners of a local trendy cafe/bar. It's going to be overpriced vintage clothing etc but vinyl was mentioned so that's why I am going. Then, Sunday evening I am going to see Indian Jewlery play. |

I love that I learn something new just about every day on here. Today I have learned that the game where a ball is thrown at a group of ten skittles has countless different names depending on where you are when you play it. Ten-pin... duck-pin... candle-pin...
Thank you, Jenn. |

If the weather holds, I'll ride my bicycle on Manhattan and go to the 'Bang a Can' thingy at the World Financial Center, Sunday, and do a Saturday ride to and thru Central Park !!!

I enjoy reading about such decimation, it never gets old. I have no plans for the weekend either. I'll probably start revising for my maths exam thats on monday. I also need to call the community college about some courses. |

i do, but i don't like to jinx them. i'll tell you about last weekend instead-- we shot a little movie. it was a lot of work but it was fun. i also had a good sunday writing & cooking & inventing new food. watched a lot of movies. wrote friends & got on the phone w/ my parents. i also overworked last saturday (stayed in the office until 9pm) and nearly blew a job because overzealousness. it was a long weekend so it was quite a rollercoaster. this one, i'm shutting the fuck up until it happens. |

I'm trying to create a spontaneous party for my flatmates, as two of them are leaving. Nothing to do and I want to keep fresh for next week, because I have a trial day for a job on Tuesday.

Good luck with the jobhunting Jimbrim! And what's the new job fishmonkey? Aand how is working at Walmart holding up so far atsonicpark? Over 50% of walmart workers work there for less than a year becuase of quitting, so I hope you don't mind it!
I'm seeing AIDS wolf tonight, doing a DJ set tomorrow night at a friend's party, and then absolutely nothing over the week. Probably going to drop by my grandparent's place after work one day

Off to Southport for the day tomorrow for some food, pier, crazy golf and shopping (there are a couple of very good antiquarian bookshops in Southport). Church on Sunday, don't yet know what else.

Went to see Indian Jewelry last night and they were bloody fantastic. UK folk should check them out if they can, thoroughly reccomend it. They have been compared to Suicide and Royal Trux which isn't far off. I bought their album and it is decent but not nearly as good as their live thing.
