Hi Dubliners, I have to choose a hotel for a conference I'm attending this summer. All I want is a nice place which is close to the city main attractions. I can choose from this list:

I'd go with Buswells - it's in a decent spot
It's a little further out from UCD but if you want to see the city it's your best bet I think

Thanks. It is a bit pricey for me.
Would you recommend Mercer Court? |

Mercer Court is beside Grafton St. so that'd be ideal if you're looking to explore the city - I don't know anything about the place itself though.
Unless some of the other boardies have stayed there I'd suggest googling reviews of it. But location wise its fine!

Thanks for the advice. In spite of those bad reviews I choose Mercer court because the location and price.
I'm going to stay for a week. I hope that there is fun stuff to do. |

i thought mercer court was apartment block? a mate of mine lives in mercer court!! handy for free parking as he doesnt have a car!!!
enjoy dublin moshe! enjoy the pubs. i recommend the long haul, hogans (to a point) and porter house for some killer stout, not just guiness, they brew their own on site! other than that, chill and enjoy it! |
