Well thats some consolation that you like his solo stuff. His first 4 albums are the best, he sold out after that (apart from his really rather excellent soundtracks).

i hate peter gabriel for his part in bringing phil collins to international fame. if he stayed with genesis just a little bit longer phil wouldnt have made no jacket required and they wouldnt have recored invisible touch album...and mike and the mechanics wouldnt have existed and i would be king of all the land and unicorns wouldnt be extinct!
