i have been doing quite good on the grill this summer
have had to make many burgers (all specially seasoned) fresh fish, chicken, vegetables as for real bbq, i haven't had much, but must get to Em-ings soon, a nice old shack on the DE/MD border which has some of the best pulled chicken and hot sauce |

i like to grill shrimps and pineapple slices and red peppers, sí...
the "barbecue" known as pulled pork, brisket, etc, i prefer to buy ready, as i lack the slaves to do all the hard labor. barbecueing with charcoal, while very tasty, can be a bit of a pain in the ass so in lazy times i just "grill" in a cast-iron pan that looks like this: |

No, I don't.
Because barbecue is fucking disgusting. (This attitude predates my two decades of total meat avoidance, by the way. You know, because shit's gross and grown adults shouldn't need a freaking bib to eat their din-din.) |

I grilled a killer steak when I was camping a few weeks ago. The flame seared tomatoes were a tasty embellishment.
Guaranteed success in business: a good BBQ restaurant. |

I don't tell many people this because it's pretty embarassing for a guy, but I'm terrible at grilling. I never know when to flip it or take it off or whatever. Clueless.

We have a BBQ restaurant chain here in the UK called Bodeans. Their food is very, very nice. Argentinian barbecues (padrillas) are also v tasty.

I'm pretty decent on the grill. But I do need to improve my knowledge of marinades. My brother has an excellent pork marinade.
