If only because I have never seen something so.. awful. I flipped to a random page and it was the worst thing I have ever read. The dialogue and the writing and just oh my god it's all so horrendous and unbelievable, it's like bad 4th grade fan fiction. It would really be great comic relief for me.
The only reason I can think of to not read it is because, unlike making fun of bad movies (like Mystery Science Theater 3000), reading requires a bit more effort, so even if it will be funny to read, it may actually be a painful process in the end.. |

I think I'd probably only read Twilight if Kristen Stewart read it to me

Don't even bother. I've read the first book... it was bad. So fuckin' bad... but it never transcends straight up shittiness for the glorious realm of so-bad-it's-brilliant-ness.
but dude, ya gotta check out the part in the third or fourth book where the massive vampire baby kicks and claws its way out of kristen stewart's belly. so fucked up. |

this kid really has no excuse.
how many posts are there in the 'what are you reading?' thread??? and this is how he chooses to waste his time? whether he's done it or not, even thinking about it is just... who does that? normal people get a break because they don't know better. but this guy is on SY Gossip... music/art/film/literature suggestions are all over this place and yet he still sucks. i am baffled.

automatic, doesn't a werewolf have to bite open her stomach, and then the baby sees the werewolf first and imprints on it as a baby would a mother (except I think thats animals, not humans...) then it rapidly ages into a child, and thus the twilight saga begins again?

I would never read Twilight, ever. I don't care who wrote it, or what it's about. I would never read it because of how popular it is, and for no good reason. I'm pretty sure more than half of the people who are addicted to the series only like them because Robert Pattson is in the movie. (directed at all of the teenie boppers). Sure, I'm pretty sure the writing is dreadful, but I dont really care about that because I hate trends that come for like a year or so, then drift away. The Jonas Brothers are the same, they wont last long, and if they do, I don't think many teenie boppers want to watch 40 year old Joe Jonas on stage. Anyway, I'm rambling and i probably sounded stupid in this post, but I hope you got where I'm coming from

i have a similar fascination with jeffrey archer novels. i check the blurb at the back and they seem beyond dreadful and randomly reading a page only confims it. i am strangely drawn to wanting to read one they. if only i could finish it in half an hour.

All the girls at school are obsessed with it. Some of them say it's the best book ever, and some of them also say it's the best movie ever. I've never been interested in it. I went camping with a few friends at the start of the year, and the whole time, one girl spent just reading. I'd understand it if she was that into it because it was the first time, but it was the sixth time she'd gone through the series.

I already checked, son. If you read it, you don't get to look at Kristen Stewart the whole time. Waste.
