Alright, so I realize you've all got more important threads to respond/argue away in. But if anyone else is hungry for something else. By all means, post here.
TOPIC AT HAND: What is your favorite sandwich? Cause I know you all have one. Mine is the Rueben. Besides the fact that it may or may not have been invented in Omaha, and therefore I'm sort of partial to it. It taste like...I don't know, something good. Anyway. The Rueben. |

Depending on the thickness of the chipotle sauce, that could be good...
Sometimes they over do it with that stuff. |

It's a little thick. Yeah, they can overdo it, but still. SO GOOD.

i like (from subway) just a veggie sammich with italian herb and cheese bread, lettuce, black olives, pickles, mayo and subsuacew. sometimes when i feel a lil squirly i get (gasp) ranch instead of subsauce. but not often, thats a rare occurance. happens though!

They are good. It's just that soggy, marinara soaked bread that I can't stomach. OH, and what kind of cheese?

Milk, animal fats, etc disguised as emulsifiers. I get my bread from a relatively main chain here, and that is free of animal products, so it's not greatly uncommon. BUT, I used to spend $5 a loaf for years until I found that particular bread.

Forged in darkness from wheat harvested in hell's half acre.
Baked by Beelzebub. Slathered with mayonnaise beaten from the evil eggs of dark chicken force-fed to dogs by the hands of a one eyed mad man. Cheese boiled from the rancid teat of fanged cow. Layered with 666 separate meats from an animal, which has maggots for blood. It is the Broodwich. |
