I'm not sure whether what Blixa Bargeld does counts as a scream, but he does it very well all over numerous Einstuerzende Neubauten tracks.

Not made my mind up about the screaming yet but my favourite barking by a non-dog is on Birthday Party's 'Happy Birthday'.Barking mad indeed!

And he does a particularly good one in the Bad Seed's Stagger Lee (I think that's the one I'm

yamatsuka eye and yoshimi are ace screamers.
also springa from ss decontrol was an awesome screamer.
way too many to mention, kim gordon is one of my favorite screamers.
