Frantically John wandered the suburbia streets of the Valley. His eyes wander from stranger to stranger. He laid eyes on a ride to nowhere. But he refused to take it. So he instead ended alone in suburbia. It was a cold night this particular night. He had a light sweater, a blue knit beanie, and some black jeans. He would mutter to himself and say things that where of no importance.

“I see…” “Angelic dreams come true for you, and they die in me.” Strangers in the streets looked at him oddly or frighten.

He finally sat down on one of the curbs, near the busy intersection of the Valley. His eyes still kept wondering, he said to himself. “They are coming I must think a way to disguise myself.” He had already disguised himself so much he was unnoticeable. A short man came from the left side of the street, minding his own business, and stood still at the sidewalk. When John saw him stand on the corner, his mind when into convulsions, and screamed at the old man.

“You won’t take me old man, you work for them and you are trying to take me back to the castle.” The old man looked very frighten and stared at him with fear and shock. He did not know what this man was talking about. He said in a low scared voice, “Sir I don’t know what you are talking about.” John responded with an outlandish anger. “Yes you do, such a liar you are. I will kill you before you take me away.” He pushed him to the street.” The old man saw his life flash before his own eyes. And stood quiet of shock. Luckily for the old man the side of the street cars where not passing by. He looked at John with more fear, and ran away into the street; all of a sudden he got hit by a turning car. His body laid motionless on the tar pavement. John not wanting to bring attention to himself ran from the scene. He got on a bus that was ready to go. His face was all red of fear of being caught. He sat at the back of the table, still muttering at himself. “My father…” A teenage kid who was sitting next to him, decided to move away from him. John yelled at him with such vengeance in his voice. “You are just like them, everybody is like them, you will not take me I promise you that.

At that point the bus driver stopped the bus and ordered him to get out. He would not get off; it lasted ten minutes until bus riders including the teen forced him out. All the time he was yelling “You are part of them.” And everyone always wondered what he meant by that. He was all alone in a very dark street, with no one around. When this came to his mind, he got all paranoid. He sat down and started sobbing loudly. All the emotions he had as a kid came rushing overlapping into his anger. He did not know whether to feel sad, mad, or disappointed. He was tapped by a stranger “Are you okay sir? What is wrong with you? Well sir come with me, I’ll treat you to a cup of coffee.” John followed him still sobbing, but less than when he started. When they got coffee from the gas station, they sat down in the dark park. They started talking about nothing special, finally he came to ask John the question that was on his mind. “Why where you crying, and all on the floor like a little children?” John could not answered quickly, he stood quiet for a minute. Then he said to the old man, “My father wants to bring me down, he hates me for no apparent reason. And he is doing anything to bring me down.” At that moment the stranger realized John was not in his right mind.

The next thing that he did shocked John. The stranger got up and without John realizing he got punched in the face. The hot coffee he had he poured it on John while he was on the floor. John screamed with pain and started crying, he did not know what he did to this man. “You are just like them, yes you are, and you are despicable sir.” The man did not care what he said, he was now kicking him. The man finally left John bruised and bleeding, and almost dying. Stinging sensations was felt on his right arm. He just felt he was being pressured and started dosing off.

He woke up to a small white room. No one was around, and there was no television in his room. When he tried to move he felt he was tied to the bed. He started screaming, and trying to break free. Soon two big male nurses came in, and injected with some relaxant, his body then relaxed. “Where am I?” Asked John. “You are in Castleview, everytime you get into one of your nightmare episodes you ask that question.” One of the male nurse said. “Where is my father, I know he is trying to bring me down.” “Hey kid, you don’t have a father or a mother, you where an orphan as a child. Get that through your head.” The other nurse said. John started crying, and stared at the window, looking at the light dance around through the leaves. After staring at it for so long he dosed off.

It's the whole story, I like to start my story with no beginning and no ending, leaving it to the reader to do with the story as he wishes.

Interesting story.

There was some weird grammar in there.

yeah, I was in a hurry to spell it out, because if I stop writing it, i will lose what i wanted to write.

I understand. I have good ideas to write something, but if I try to hard I'll end up getting something else.

I'm working on a story for my speech class (catagory: OPP, original prose and poetry). I think I'll post it next week.

There's also a novel called "The Castle" (Das Schloss) by Franz Kafka. Read it.
